Windows 7 build 7000 on my Lenovo IdeaPad S10 1 gig ram just seemed average 500MB - 600MB RAM 345mb to see it go sometimes, but still far away for XP 200MB or less consume. anyway, what I did was just replace the hard drive for a 120 gig formatted and installed them untouched in this way, my original hard drive so I can do it again in my was without erasing One Touch Backup. I also made an image backup of my hard drive using Acronis, but has still not use slideshow. This way I can swap hard drivesany time I want to run either OS. Windows 7 def ran well with only 1 GB RAM and better than Vista. But I have also noticed that win 7 integrate some Tablet PC functionality, which I thought was cool and I'll do a touch-Mod will come in handy. Since they demo-ed at the seminar a Lenovo S10 with win 7 I had to try it. and since I was in the beta program for Win 7 I was confident it would go smoothly. The installation took a whopping 35 minutes to install, that was quitequick check, it takes longer than XP. Total run very well. XP just does it speed or RAM usage. def but nice try with the new features win 7 has to offer. I can not wait until the official release, it is a must for sure. Lenovo face recognition is a sweet feature and I enjoyed it to use. Users log in it logs tryn always scanned in and pretty neat! Now I want to install the video upload as well. The installation was carried out on a USB External DVD-ROM. no breakdowns and no errors…

Quick summary of my fav Windows 7 features. Session recorded on my beautiful ASUS 1005HA-H Netbook with 2 gigs of RAM, hence 1024 x 600 screen resolution, running Windows 7 RTM, with moderate usage get around 8hrs on battery with wifi enabled… It rocks
